Robert M. Schraeder, P.E.

Robert Schraeder has managed over four billion dollars of projects throughout his career. He is a leader in the construction and design industry and the former President of the American Society of Civil Engineers Construction Institute. A licensed Professional Engineer, he is unique in project management with experience both in design and construction. In addition to attaining Bachelor of Science degrees in Civil Engineering and Applied Mathematics, he earned a Master of Divinity from Talbot School of Theology and has been a lifelong learner integrating biblical wisdom with leadership and managing projects. A gifted speaker and teacher, Robert is a professional Leadership Coach and President of Schraeder Solutions.

Nancy Sawyer Schraeder

Nancy Sawyer Schraeder is a writer, award-winning producer, and CEO of Schraeder Solutions. She has scripted feature films and documentaries and written and produced media tools for ministries and nonprofit organizations. Nancy has edited nonfiction books for published authors and penned articles, novels, and short stories. Her media projects have been translated into over 200 languages and distributed in the U.S., the Middle East, Africa and beyond. After graduating Magna cum Laude from Wheaton College, Nancy completed a Master of Professional Writing at the University of Southern California. A passionate teacher and speaker, she has taught writing and production at Biola University, Long Beach City College and at media summits in Cairo, London, Tunisia and online.
